Supervision & Consultancy

For more than thirty years, I have enjoyed the privilege of sitting with colleagues reflecting creatively on ways to increase effectiveness across the whole of their practice, including possible roles as a supervisor, and a trainer. As you may guess, the process is always collaborative, and sometimes informative, and respectfully challenging. Reflecting on my own journey in supervision and consultancy, my interest leans towards conversations about growth and possibility, impasse and breakthrough, and resourcing, and wider questions about creativity and ethics, practitioner development, and self-care. My experience includes working with psychotherapists, counsellors, trainers, organisational managers, and mental health advisors from a range of training modalities, both individually and in groups, and draws upon the full range of my trainings and experience.

Consultations: £70 per hour.

International consultations: Payments made by Paypal are £75 per hour to cover Paypal’s transaction fee.

Training: Certificate in Supervision and Consultancy with Michael Jacobs and Moira Walker at the University of Leicester from 1995 to 1997.

Location: For the foreseeable future meetings will be held online in Zoom.
