Oil, acrylic, charcoal on board. 2015.This weekend workshop explores themes from my book Resource Focused Counselling and Psychotherapy and offers a balance of practical explorations and related conversation to support resourcefulness in a range of ways, from a transpersonal perspective. This will include facilitated explorations using Embodied Imagery and Embodied Writing (two practices considered in the book), and experiential exercises to increase resourcefulness in our present lives. Also, in considering the future, the workshop will demonstrate effective ways to resource for this. In brief, the weekend will allow for in-depth consideration of what resource focus means both in our life and in our work.
