This gathering explores our relationship with trees and their relationship with us through a series of gentle explorations, ceremony, and reflections which draw upon what we know about individual tree species, and the benefits of Nature Connection and ‘forest bathing’. The day will also be informed by perspectives from Celtic folklore and Jungian and transpersonal psychologies. The setting in which individual trees, groves and forests grow will also be considered.
